When you visit our website or use our platform, we may automatically collect:

  • Log data (IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URL)

2.3 Advertising Data

As a supply-side platform, PubRev+ processes advertising data in the course of facilitating programmatic ad transactions. This may include:

  • Device advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID, or equivalent)
  • IP addresses (which may be truncated or hashed for privacy)
  • Contextual signals such as app name, bundle ID, content URL, content categories, and device characteristics
  • Bid request and bid response data exchanged with demand-side platforms (DSPs)
  • Ad impression, click, and viewability data

PubRev+ does not intentionally collect or process sensitive personal data categories (such as health, financial, or biometric data) through its advertising platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve our supply-side platform and services
  • To facilitate programmatic advertising transactions between publishers and demand partners
  • To communicate with you about your account, inquiries, or business relationship
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, invalid traffic, and security issues
  • To comply with legal obligations, including ads.txt and sellers.json transparency requirements
  • To generate aggregated, de-identified analytics and reporting for our partners
  • To enforce our terms of service and protect the rights and safety of our users

10. International Data Transfers

PubRev+ is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure that data transfers comply with applicable legal requirements.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
